   Looks like this was suggested multiple ways YEARS ago and it was up for discussion but nothing ever done. It's a great suggestion and one your competitors have figured out years ago (I used Contact Manager at another firm and we used this feature for almost all clients). It's an essential team tool where not everyone knows the client well or has alot of contact and seems like it would be easy to have a toggle box to turn the automatic pop up on or off.
