"Important Information" Block
We would love it if there was a block where we could input important general contact information at the top of the main page for a contact. Currently, we can only enter such information in Notes, which are not editable and usually get buried in the timeline. We want a block that is very visible upon opening a contact's page, where we can put general information like "usually in Florida from December through May" or "currently battling cancer", etc. We also want to be able to add to and edit the information in this "block" as needed.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
Bryan commentedLooks like this was suggested multiple ways YEARS ago and it was up for discussion but nothing ever done. It's a great suggestion and one your competitors have figured out years ago (I used Contact Manager at another firm and we used this feature for almost all clients). It's an essential team tool where not everyone knows the client well or has alot of contact and seems like it would be easy to have a toggle box to turn the automatic pop up on or off.

Anonymous commentedThe Important Information section used to be openly visible in the older version of Redtail but with this new Tailwag release, they've buried the box at the bottom of the contact page. Although on each profile, if you click on the ! box in the right hand corner, it'll display what's in the Important Information area.
