advanced search
In the advanced search feature, it would be nice to have a way to select multiple "values" instead of creating a new line for each value. For example, if I wanted to search for two contact categories, once I enter "Contact", "Category", "Equal To"; I would then be able to choose both of the categories I want (this would serve as an "AND" function without having to add a separate line).

Please create a Redtail Speak extension for Chrome, so when we are not in Redtail Speak, we can still see new messages.

Links in Automated Redtail Notification Emails
When a notification is emailed, it should have a corresponding link in the email to click to take you directly to the task/activity.

Change Activity Time Stamp
When I Save and Complete an Activity, the time stamp it receives is when I save and complete in Redtail, not when the activity actually occurred. For example, if I have a client lunch at noon on Monday, but don't get around to saving and completing the activity in Redtail until Wednesday, the time stamp is for Wednesday rather than Monday. I should be able to change the time stamp to the correct date/time.

Activities by Contact Report Should Have a Category Filter
My firm categorizes all clients via "category" - to develop appropriate service models for each client. It would be massively helpful for us to view all clients who have "schedule meeting tasks" (under the custom "schedule meeting" template that we've created), during a certain timeframe, AND to be able to filter that report by client category. I know this must be a fairly easy addition as it is in essence, just the inverse of the "Contacts with no upcoming activities" report.

New contact from with household permissions
When selecting "Add Dependent" from a Household, to create a NEW contact you are not given the New Contact screen. A contact is simply created without the option to edit the contact prior to creation. If you use permissions to divide your database, this results in a user who is unable to see or edit the new contact they just created.
The two solutions I can think of; Give the option of creating the new dependent via the new contact screen, where the user can set their team permission. OR have the option in settings, to give new dependents created…3 votes -
By being able to print what you see on the calendar with no changes being added.
Please do not include linked contact at the beginning of a template being used on calendar. What we put & see on the schedule should be what is printed. Also, it only adds the contact name at the beginning if there is just one. If multiple contacts are listed, nothing is put there, only making the printout more inconsistent. We add the client name to the subject line so that it appears on the schedule when we look at it. Otherwise you have to hover over each appointment during the day to see the name of the client coming in. …

Under the business name, have a couple lines to put the business owners name and the direct contact person.

Ability to add more than two people as account owners
When assigning ownership of an account to a contact, you can currently only assign two owners. I have several accounts with 3 or more owners, so the ability to add more would be nice.

Improve Document Organization
I think the Documents tab in Redtail should have a folder system that allows us to put different documents into different folders, similar to Windows. Have a long list of documents sorted by date or account can be pretty difficult to navigate

Include the AssetID on Account Exports when assets are selected on a Report. We cannot currently update assets on accounts without this information.

Link RedtailSPEAK in the CRM application
When in the CRM application on the phone, it allows you to "text" a client. BUT, there is a serious problem. It brings you to normal messages/iMessages, which the firm has a strict policy against. It would be helpful if when selecting "text" it brought you to RedtailSPEAK.

Mail Merge Fields in Workflow Titles
The title of a workflow defaults to the template name, which usually is not very informative for the end users.
We always change the workflow title to the following format: "Client last name, Client first name - Account Number - description of task".
I'd like to be able to have a mail merge field be a part of the template, for naming the title of the workflows.

add a new word to status
When I go into the account number for a client, there are only four items under status
1. Open
2. Closed
3. Pending
4. Under reviewI would like to add 5. Annuitized.
We have quite a few accounts that are listed as open. They do not have a balance as they are annuitized. So if we would look at the account we would see that. Declined Attendees List for Seminar
Can we add a feature under the Seminar's Manage Attendees button allowing us to document which invitees declined attending? This helps me not mistakenly invite them again when I send out secondary invitation requests.
