Filter client reviews and birthdays by user
Client reviews and birthdays are currently showing up for EVERYONE in the calendar, even if only "Me" is selected in the user filters. It becomes really cumbersome to try and weed through all the reminders and reviews in the calendar when you're looking at 12+ advisors' review dates. It would be really great to be able to filter these reminders out by user so servicing advisors only see reviews and birthdays assigned to their clients. Our workaround for this is for every advisor to create an activity to reminded themselves of an upcoming review, but doing this is an extra few steps and not very efficient.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Ideally, each advisor would be able to view only their client reviews on their calendar without having to only give contact permission accessibility to only that one advisor. It'd be nice to have a client review show up and maneuver more like an action.

Adding my voice to this - Tailwag 2.0 shows ALL birthdays, ALL updates, ALL workflows, etc. It is very NOISY and the ability to filter by advisor, or group of advisor, type of contact, etc. would be an important enhancement. Allow each user to set up an "And/Or" tree like when defining a QuickList and set that as their default for reminders, updates, etc.

There should be a way to filter client review dates on the calendar by advisor. For example, when I am on my calendar and select show client reviews from the Actions drop down box, it shows every advisor in our office. Its too overwhelming to use. It should only show my clients.

At this point when using the client review section, the review is put on everyone's calendar. The advisors would like the review to be put only on their calendar only. They do not feel everyone needs to know when their client reviews need to be done. This is a privacy issue. I was told the only way to fix this is to have the advisor make the client private or create an activity. What is the use of that?
Others in the office need to be able to access the client for admin reasons. Setting client permissions to private will not help with this.
I also saw a post below stating that the review date does not update. The review will be on the calendar each year for the original review date.

Displaying all client reviews to all advisors creates too much "noise" on the overview page and reminders page for a given advisor. Ideally, the servicing advisor would only see reminders for their client review meetings.

We have more than one advisor in the office and would only like to have the client review reminder display on the overview page for the applicable servicing advisor, not all advisors.

We have multiple reps using one system - need to be able to assign Client Review to that particular rep so that it shows up on their calendar rather than just everybody's.

With multiple advisors, it is very frustrating to see everyone's birthday's, reviews, etc. It would be best to be able to sort by servicing advisor.

Our firm recently starting using red tail and this is very confusing. By selecting users on the right hand side should display only the calendar items for that user.

I like the Review feature that eliminates a bunch of recurring Appointments.
It does need the option to 'Show All Reviews' or 'Show Only My Reviews' or 'Hide Reviews'.

We have mulitple advisors accessing the same database. Everyone woRks together (yet are independent) so we need to be able to see each other's contacts and calendar (only when we have that advisor checked on an occasional basis). We are wanting to start using the "Contact Review" feature extensively but are having problems when we look at our calendar. When we click "Show Client Reviews" under "Actions" on the calendar page, all Client reviews show up, regardless of what User's calendar is checked below.
What we need is to only see reviews for the advisor's clients whom are checked as Users.
