Utilize the SIZE column in the imaging library
In the imaging library it would be very helpful to have the size size column populated with a # so we can tell if that file has a document in it or not. We have a very detailed file system and not all clients will have a file in a particular category. If the size column had a # in it we would know if there is a file or document available.

As an advisor who does not do imaging I don't know exactly what folder my staff have imaged a document in. As a quick reference it would be helpful if the folders that have documents imaged in have a color (other than white) so as the advisor I could know where to click to look for something.

We don't even use the document section but this idea just makes a LOT of sense.

When I open the Imaging Documents page and see the folder structure for the client, there should be a flag or change the font color on the folder name to blue if there are documents that have been scanned into that folder. Right now I have to expand every single folder to see what documents we have for that client. Huge pain.

There should be an indicator as to how many documents are in each folder in imaging.
We have a folder template for all our clients and not all folders are used for everyone. Having this indicator would allow us to see what kind of accounts each client has rather than having to click on each one. -

Currently you have to search through your folder tree to find documents. Half the time you click on empty folders to make sure there is nothing in them. This is inefficient. Email for example utilizes this so that you don't waste time looking in empty folders.

I can't tell looking at a list of folders if any of them have anything in them. Showing/marking somehow empty or folders with contents would be a huge help. Show containing content flowing up from subfolders. Folders - and their upstream folders identify themselves as having content.

From within the CRM, it would be nice if there were a symbol, say a plus sign, in front of folders containing data that has been imaged. We use the same folder structure for all of our clients. Some people have data in some of the folders, but none in others. If you look at an imaged folder from within the CRM, there is no way to know if that folder contains data without opening it. With the Internet lag time, it can make for a lengthy process. A simple symbol or folder color would save time because you would know if the folder is empty without having to open it.

Not all of the subfolders have files in them, so it would be useful if I could see the folder size. That way I would know whether or not there were any documents in that folder without having to open it.
