An error occurred while saving the comment In SmartOffice this was done by having the important information window pop up when you clicked into a contact (if it was filled out) and you had to dismiss it. This seems like an alternative way to do this.

An error occurred while saving the comment We just put in permissions to prevent advisors from seeing each other's clients but we need permissions to change when advisors are swapped out. This is important because I can't get reports with what the permissions are on each contact and I can't get advanced searches with permissions
I'd love this so if the servicing and writing advisor are people that don't normally work together I'd be able to find those instances of where the permission fields aren't right. So if Advisor A was servicing advisor and I set them to be the only one to see that client that is fine if they are also the writing advisor. But if Advisor B is the writing advisor then I need to be able to see the contacts where they are writing but not servicing and they aren't permissioned to see the contact so I'd be able to fix that so both Advisor A and B could see the contact.
