  1. Export

    In RTI being able to export an excel sheet of folders linked/not linked to a contact. Something to run a report for unlinked to CRM folders would be perfect and for linked folder the names(s) of the CRM contact it is linked to.

    We have well over 1,000 client folders in RTI, dating back to 2015. Cleaning up broken/incorrectly linked folders is a daunting task; especially done manually.

  2. In Redtail Imaging, add the ability to edit a document directly within Redtail Imaging.

    Instead of first downloading a file, working on it, then re-uploading it. Would be nice if (like in dropbox) user could just open it in Imaging (or Retreiver) and have it launch in the appropriate application (word, excel, ppt etc) and then 'save' back to Imaging directly.

  3. Show number of Images in a Folder/Subfolder

    It would be very helpful to be able to see how many Images are in each Folder/Subfolder indicated by a number in between parentheses on the right hand side of each menu next to the Date Added and Size Fields.

    Imaging - Create a process to be able to move images into folders without having to click 5 buttons for one movement. Click and drag if possible.

  5. Increased RedTail Imaging Storage Display

    Our business has recently closed in on 10GB worth of data on RedTail Imaging. I asked for our capacity to be increased to 20GB and was told it was added to our bill. While we do have the extra storage now, it is NOT reflected on the data chart in RedTail Imaging. I've asked two reps now why has it not been updated and their response is quite disappointing as it is simply "not available" in the system. How does a technology company not have something that basic? So now How am I to know when our storage capacity is…

  6. Move documents in imaging to other folders in bulk

    its a PIA if I have 20 documents I need to move to a new folder. Why cant we have an option to move in bulk, just like we can delete in bulk

  7. Multi Select Move Tool in Redtail Imaging

    It would be nice to move multiple folders at once in Imaging instead of clicking each individual folder, waiting for the list to load and then move that one folder. Would cut down a lot of time.

  8. Folder / subfolder overview

    Give an option to see a diagram (overview) of all parent folders/subfolders when creating a template. It would be helpful to be able to see the general overview of the entire file with all folders and subfolders shown on one screen.

  9. CRM documents to Imaging documents

    It would be VERY helpful if there was an easier way to get documents from the CRM documents to Imaging documents instead of having to download and re-upload into Imaging....should be smoother way to move them

    In Redtail Imaging .. allow users to add a common folder to all records. For example, add a folder "Duty of Care" to all records in redtail imaging to easily store the form

    Can you please add a Contacts A-Z search option at the top of Redtail Imaging? A similar search to that of the CRM where the alphabet is at the top of the page and you can go to the client folders via last name versus scrolling down the entire list.

  12. Imaging Permissions

    In Imaging, adding the ability to set permissions or restrictions on libraries, limiting who can view what library. We are an OSJ branch that has a few different users of our imaging capability. Unfortunately, we have no way to limit which user can view all of the imaging files. Everyone can see everything since there are no permissions in place.

    When I create a new folder in imaging, please allow ability to merge to CRM contact at that time. Instead of having to create and then scroll down or search for and then have to merge to CRM contact.

  14. Add the ability to save documents attached to emails directly to Imaging.

    We should have the ability to save attached documents from email directly into Imaging folders. Having to save a document to my computer before uploading/saving to Imaging is not efficient and leaves two copies of the same document in two places. If the document is a working document or is edited, it would be better to only have it one place.

  15. Link Multiple Contacts at once in Imaging

    Imaging allows multiple contacts to be linked to a folder. But each one has to be added individually. We should be able to link a husband and wife to their household folder without having to save the first person and locate the folder again from the home screen.

  17. Is there a way to change the color of the client sub-folders in Retail Imaging?

    If a client has multiple folders for each service, color coding for the folders would be helpful for a quick find. We color code services in our office and it would be very helpful if Imaging would allow us to do the same.

  18. Linked Documents in Activity from Imaging

    It would be so very useful to be able to link a document to an activity from the record's linked Redtail Imaging folders. If you are referencing completing or creating something for a client you can include the version in the activity, only saving it in one place.
