  1. Add 'nickname' as a Zapier connected field.

    I find the Zapier functionality fascinating. Please add 'nickname' as a Zapier sync-able (is that a word?) field. Thank you.

  2. Adding Additional Roles

    It would be WONDERFUL if we could create additional roles to be able to fully customize to our office needs since we have more than just the advisor, aa, and csa.

  3. Annual Review COMPLETED Section on Main Client Contact Page

    Please add a box that can be checked off or written in free form to detail when the annual review is completed.

    I know the "Know your client" section has a "Client Review" feature, but that just alerts me for the next review.

    It would be super beneficial to have a place on the main contact screen for a particular client that shows if we have completed the annual review or not. This will allow us to quickly glance and see during our other conversations if we have completed this documented annual review.

  4. Support hyperlinks to web addresses in User Defined fields

    Having the ability to populate user defined fields with web hyperlinks would be very useful.

  5. Date of Death and Termination Date do not show on Personal Profile. Would be helpful for archiving records.

    This would be helpful when archiving records. It is reasonable to delete inactive and deceased clients from Redtail.

  6. Add roles to the main page for a contact

    Instead of having the redundant "Servicing and "Writing" advisor on the main page under contact details, put the Roles in these spots. Because the roles are associated with workflows, It is important to have them in an easy to see place instead of on a random page that is easily forgettable.

  7. Can you link a contact's work address with that of their employer?

    We would like the address of a business to display as the work address of a linked contact.

  8. Automatically fill the state and city based on zip code

    Our tax program (Pro Series) allows you to enter the street address then skips to the zip code and automatically fills the state and city based on the zip code you entered. Huge time saver! :)

  9. User Rights - Edit Contact Records

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add the ability for the database administrator to allow or disallow a user from editing a contact record. If you want to centralize the process in your office for who gets to edit records this is the way. There is currently a user right option to delete a record. Someone could still go into the record a compromise the data within the profile. Its the same as deleting it. We need this ability to turn on and off for specific database users.

  10. On the Personal Profile form could you add the "know your client" information/sections to the form?

    The personal profile form is great, but we would like to see the "know your client" information or sections added to that form. We would like to utilize this form when clients come into the office, they could look over a printed off form and make any changes or updates to their profile.

  11. Custom Time Horizons

    Make the Time Horizon field under Strategic Allocation Model edit-able. Our broker/dealer requires a time frame instead of a general term like intermediate. For example, 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Is it possible to change the available drop down selections there?

  12. Allow customization of "Written Agreement Review" types

    Would like to have the ability to edit names of the written agreements and add more types of agreements/reviews.
