  1. Calendar Status Integration with Speak

    We would like it if Speak"can automatically detect events in our calendar and adjust our status accordingly. Specifically: If there is a scheduled meeting on the calendar, the status should update to "Busy."If there is an "Out of Office" event on the calendar, the status should update to "Out of Office."

    We would like for each user to be able to set up standard out of office hours instead of having to turn them on and off. Better yet, it would be nice to be able to set out of office hours per client status.

    We desperately need an auto reply feature for people who are auto replying to meeting confirmations or reminders. I can't believe Redtail Speak doesn't have an auto reply feature!

  4. Speak phone app sound notifications

    When receiving a new message through the phone app, currently there is no sound. I can only see that I have received a new text through Speak by looking at my phone.

  6. Appointment Reminder Text Automation

    It would be really useful if Redtail Speak could automatically send text reminders to clients before their upcoming meetings. Often, our advisors have to manually send reminder messages which hinders efficiency.

    Get either an email notification that a client has sent a text in Speak or maybe a daily summary of unread client texts in Speak.

    For those of us who administrate with 15 users in one database, all set to different teams with different permissions, we NEED to be able to filter our view by team. A little dropdown or otherwise.

  9. Marking Read Messages As "Unread" or "Pinning" Important Messages to Top

    Would be INCREDIBLY helpful if we were able to read messages sent to us, then go back and "Mark it As Unread" or "Pin" it in a fashion where it's easier to delineate between messages you've already replied to or those you still need to act upon. Apple changed their text messages a few years ago to finally allow for messages to be read, then marked as unread to help users know which messages still needed to be replied to. Any change such as what I'm suggesting would make all the difference in the world to the usability of this…

    We would love to be able to send a broadcast text populated from a CRM list.

  11. Auto add user to new text threads

    As a SPEAK user, allow me to be automatically joined to all text rooms.

    Example: An admin invites clients but advisor wants to be automatically part of the conversation w/o having to add manually to each.

  12. New Redtail Speak resize Team chat section

    I like being able to have several windows always visible on my left monitor screen. I would like the ability to make the list of channels and Direct messages section smaller. If I make the whole window as small as it can go horizontally, the Team Chat section doesn't get smaller like the messages section does, it stays exactly the same size and then it's too small to type or see any messages. Being able to resize it and/or minimize it would be a game changer. (Also, the help chat button is also in the way again and covers the…

  13. Redtail speak nickname

    Text messages already send to the client's first name but if they have a preferred name/nickname they go by that is filled out in their contact, we can address them by their nickname in the text instead of their first name.

  15. Speak email notifications

    It would be be extremely helpful to receive email alerts for incoming speak messages.

    If one is not logged into speak we have no way of being notified of incoming messages in a timely manner.

    Speak text communications should be automatically recorded in redtail notes at the end of the day so everyone in the team can see the communication happening with the clients and respond to client or let other team member know to respond as applicable.

  17. Add the client's nickname in the searchable name field

    Add the client's nickname in the searchable name field. My assistant is not as familiar with my client's preferred name so this would help immensely!

  18. Delay messages sending out in speak

    Have a date/time function in Speak where you can time when a message is sent out. A delay type function.

    All team members should be able to get notifications for texts exchanged with clients instead of having to manually go in and add every member to each text chain.It could be default or available to be turned on if that worls for the organization and be left off if that's not what they require.

    Hello, there doesn't seem to be a way to remove a team member from a Speak client room. You can only add members. It would be nice to be able to delete/remove people as well.
