Marking Read Messages As "Unread" or "Pinning" Important Messages to Top
Would be INCREDIBLY helpful if we were able to read messages sent to us, then go back and "Mark it As Unread" or "Pin" it in a fashion where it's easier to delineate between messages you've already replied to or those you still need to act upon. Apple changed their text messages a few years ago to finally allow for messages to be read, then marked as unread to help users know which messages still needed to be replied to. Delete Speak Room
We created several test rooms in Redtail Speak before getting the hang of how to create and invite participants (we should be able to directly invite team participants by the way). We now have several public rooms called "test" or "hhhhh" that will not be used. We should have the ability to remove these Speak rooms.

Improved message organization for clients
It would be very beneficial to see all clients who have either accepted or received a Redtail Speak invitation. As of now, only clients with a new notification are shown in Speak. This makes it difficult to see clients who have been invited but have yet to join. As previously stated, sorting messages by newest first like other platforms would make usage so much easier!

Speak phone app sound notifications
When receiving a new message through the phone app, currently there is no sound. I can only see that I have received a new text through Speak by looking at my phone.

Speak out of office
We would like for each user to be able to set up standard out of office hours instead of having to turn them on and off. Better yet, it would be nice to be able to set out of office hours per client status.

All team members should be able to get notifications for texts exchanged with clients instead of having to manually go in and add every member to each text chain.It could be default or available to be turned on if that worls for the organization and be left off if that's not what they require.

Assign yourself a status
It would be nice to assign yourself a status like away from my desk, out to lunch, do not disturb or maybe even leave an area to write in your own status.

Auto add user to new text threads
As a SPEAK user, allow me to be automatically joined to all text rooms.
Example: An admin invites clients but advisor wants to be automatically part of the conversation w/o having to add manually to each.

Redtail speak nickname
Text messages already send to the client's first name but if they have a preferred name/nickname they go by that is filled out in their contact, we can address them by their nickname in the text instead of their first name.

Please allow Retail CRM to have a Redtail Speak Alerts.
Sometimes on my Phone my retail Speak logins will reset without me knowing and I will not get an alert I am being texted through Speak. Or if on Computer and Speak is not open I will not get alerted. Please allow alerts that I am bieing texted throught Redatil CRM.

Add the client's nickname in the searchable name field
Add the client's nickname in the searchable name field. My assistant is not as familiar with my client's preferred name so this would help immensely!

Need to filter view by team for admins
For those of us who administrate with 15 users in one database, all set to different teams with different permissions, we NEED to be able to filter our view by team. A little dropdown or otherwise.

Appointment Reminder Text Automation
It would be really useful if Redtail Speak could automatically send text reminders to clients before their upcoming meetings. Often, our advisors have to manually send reminder messages which hinders efficiency.

scheduled message
It would be very helpful to allow other users in the office to view the scheduled messages. The way it is setup now is individualized - no one else can see the scheduled message and that is not helpful, especially for our office because we have 3 people who schedule appointments and if a client calls up and cancels and appt, then we are not able to see the scheduled message and delete it, which creates confusion for the client. So please, please, create an enhancement which allows all users to view/edit/delete scheduled messages. Thanks!!

RedTail Speak - Keep Lexicon Search in Reporting Function
For compliance reasons, we need to put in keyword searches (lexicons) to determine if we are staying compliant. We will likely have to run the report to check for these phrases weekly in RedTail Speak. It would be nice to be able to keep the (Keyword searches\Lexicons), so we do not have to keep typing in the same phrases every time we run the Speak reports

Automatically Add Contacts Who Text Me First
As it is, when someone texts me first I have to send them an invitation and they have to accept it before I can respond to their text. When they text me first, a separate invitation should not be required. Then the conversation would just flow from their initial text.

Hello, there doesn't seem to be a way to remove a team member from a Speak client room. You can only add members. It would be nice to be able to delete/remove people as well.

Add Speak reports in the 'Reports' section of the CRM
Would like the ability to run reports on client Speak communications (not Team) in the 'Reports' section of the CRM.
It would be very beneficial to be able to filter Speak data and run reports by exporting to excel and pdf. This would help with reviewing speak communications for compliance as well as searching for specific communications.4 votes
