We need to be able to open a folder (drill down), then close it (drill up) so that we don't have the entire client folders open as we search for documents

We need to have the ability to restricted access to the Imaging Integration database to only one user. At the moment anyone in the office can access the Imaging database (not speaking of the CRM docs under individual contacts) but the back-access where they have the ability to go in and add/remove/change and rearrange those documents and folders. This is not something we want to happen. We have a standard format for document labeling and a process to ensure the images are complete and correct as well as making sure our separate server file is updated to match. To avoid things like accidental deleting or uploading a document that it blank or warped, access needs to be limited.
