    The way that the Client Review fields are set up right now is a nightmare for us. First of all, I don't know anyone who says to their clients, "Ok, we'll have our next meeting on the 1st Thursday of October next year."

    We were able to work around the system by setting the "review frequency" and working backwards to get it to show the correct review date for a client, but this has changed now as well as they won't let you save the information unless you enter a "X Day of X Month of X Frequency" now.

    This has been the most frustrating thing for our office since we've switched to Redtail. Why can't we just enter a date for "Next Client Review" like all of the other CRMs have? Or at the very least, why can't we enter the date for next review and keep the frequency like "annually" that would allow the system to set up future reminders.

    Please look into changing this so that we can manually enter a "Next Review Date." The system is too difficult for our Advisors to use and too frustrating for our staff to use in its current state.

    As financial advisors, we already have a plethora of usernames and passwords that we have to remember for our daily work. For our staff and advisors to have to update and remember their new password every 90 days is quite frustrating, especially in something that we use daily. I understand it is for "security reasons," but I've not encountered or heard of another CRM that requires you to update your password every 90 days, there are other ways of providing security and it would be great if this was an optional feature that we could disable.

    It would be great if instead of linking activities to a contact, if we had to option to link it to a household and have it post on both clients instead of having to link it twice, once for each contact.

    For example, if we have a Client Review Meeting with a husband and wife and when we schedule it, we could "Link to Household" instead of looking up and linking both contacts.
