Kimberly Harris supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Harris commentedThis needs to be fixed ASAP as the Primary address keeps overriding the other addresses that we put into LaserApp to complete the client's paperwork. We need to be able to have both a mailing an physical address in both systems without one overriding/deleting the others. Especially when having both addresses (if two) is a requirement on our paperwork.

Also, if you add a non-us citizenship to LaserApp it overwrites it with US Citizen whenever you send any updated client information from RedTail to LaserApp. Even if you have "Resident Alien" or "Non-Resident Alien" under the Know Your Client section it still overwrites it with US Citizen. This needs to be fixed.
