This is not what we want. We don’t want ALL entries deleted.
There is no way to delete an entry that someone misspelled????
And remove companies we no longer use or do business with?
This is silly. All fields should be able to me managed otherwise any user can add useless information to these fields. I was just told by Customer support that IT can only Delete ALL of the companies. This is not good customer service.
The Company and Product lists need to be manageable within the Admin login. It has been over a year since this was suggested. What is the status. Redtail doesn't seem to be too quick with implementing any of the Suggestions by its' users, which is sad. -

More information is needed internally before a decision can be made. Nothing is needed from Redtail clients at this time.

The Trigger Events need to be expanded by 10 fold.
There are daily items that this would be useful form.
Notes, Tags, UDF's, Closed Accounts, Etc.
