    I'd really like to see this report added now that we have our email hosted with Redtail.

    I just ran through Automations and realized it was a great idea that had not really been developed. The only options under "Do This Action" are to send an email or link to a workflow. I can think of many other actions that would be great to automate. All I was after for todays learning was to apply some Keywords when a customer changed Status from Prospect to Client.

    Can we get the Redtail "Automations" department working on this great ability which saves time and acts as a task-oriented macro?
