    To "edit" an outcome you must delete the existing outcome and create a new one that includes the changes you wanted to make. The new outcome will become the last outcome on the list and therefore may be in an illogical order.

    Considering that outcomes are possibly the characteristic of a workflow that can be most likely to change it should be high priority to be able to both edit an outcome and to re-sequence their order... especially critical is being able to edit.
