Edit 'Outcomes' in Workflows tool
I've found that once you create an Outcome in the Workflow template, it can only be deleted, not edited. It would be helpful for this to be corrected.

I think it is very odd that I am unable to correct the outcome of a workflow.
It really seems to make the workflows unusable. It is so easy to accidentally choose the wrong outcome, and it is also not uncommon for the situation to change, and the outcome needs to be corrected. I am surprised that Redtail does not want their workflows to be more user friendly. -

It would be great if you could edit an outcome by being able to rename it or rearrange outcomes in a Step.It would also be great if you could rearrange the tasks as well.

To "edit" an outcome you must delete the existing outcome and create a new one that includes the changes you wanted to make. The new outcome will become the last outcome on the list and therefore may be in an illogical order.
Considering that outcomes are possibly the characteristic of a workflow that can be most likely to change it should be high priority to be able to both edit an outcome and to re-sequence their order... especially critical is being able to edit. -
