This MUST be fixed. Many of us do NOT use Redtail for compliance archive services (we use something else) and don't need or want the rigidity of 100% of emails being archived for all at the firm to see without any control over it. We use this for traditional CRM for clients, prospects and other network contacts because we want to capture that email history for all employees to reference. As it is, we can't correspond by email with our company attorney or shareholders on any sensitive business information that we don't want archived for everyone in the firm to see. (Unless we leave those folks out of RedTail completely which isn't practical either.). For those that want to use for SEC compliance purposes, it would be much easier to give them an "archive all with no exception feature" than making those of us using this solely as a CRM not have any control over sensitive business-related emails being archived for everyone to see.
