    The workflow needs to have an chain of commands that can be customized and executed by linking you directly to the page via an internal bridge that enables you to not even have to leave the primary interface. Imagine inputting a note for a client, setting the status as new business, a work flow window pops up right there in the clients profile, and then you can have pop-ups that coordinate with the command you’re looking to perform. that way, I didn’t have to go down, add the work flow, do the step, come back, press complete, etc… if it brought the first step in a separate window, and then automatically went to the next step when the first one was done. A funnel workflow with automated links to bridge activities would help prevent things like changing contact status, sending welcome emails, etc… from falling through the cracks.
