Ability to edit font in every redtail application i.e. templates, workflows, notes, tasks etc.
more options to edit font like add color or change size when creating templates, adding notes, creating tasks etc. would make easier to create instructions others can follow as well as quicker when searching or something and visually pleasing

Was there ever any discussion on this? The font capabilities in Redtail are from the 90s. I am yet to see a suggestion make it past the voting stage.

In the CRM besides the heading presets for changing font size add actual fonts and font sizes under preferences for broadcast emails. Or at least allow user to maintain formatting from copying and pasting from word.
