    This is constantly frustrating to me. The search is not intuitive at all. I type in Sue Brown whose full name in the database is Susan "Sue" L Brown and I get the No contact found response. If I type Susan Brown, still no contact found, but it I type just Susan, I have to scroll through all the Susan's in our database and there she is. I don't always know the exact spelling. I know her as Sue and we have the nickname in there...why would it not recognize the nickname?
