We are a multi-generational practice and family members are often also clients, so they have their own records and are no longer listed in the family, so therefore don't show up on the personal profile form. It would be helpful to have this information on the printout.

A corollary to that is for insurance based accounts, to have them be consistent (i.e., term, WL, UL, IUL, VUL) with the available fields. It would be nice to see at a glance if a death benefit is level or increasing (not available on IUL for whatever reason) as well as underwriting rate class (currently only available on the term account option).
