    Hi, I called in about this same topic today. To add some background as to why we're looking for this: we put our COIs into Redtail. Often we're emailing with a COI about a client, but the client isn't on CC or BCC because it's a background discussion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to tag the email that's stored with the COI to the subject client so that when you're looking through the client's history you will see the emails you sent on their behalf.

  2. Create functionality so that an email received by another contact in the database could be linked to a different contact.

  3. Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.

    This is the second suggestion I've seen for this feature (the other one is from Feb 2020).
