Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.
If I send an email to a company in reference to a client, the email is archived under the company. I need the ability to manually attach the email to the client also, so that the email will show up under the client. What I have to do now is create an activity, link it to both the company and the client, and copy the email to the activity - so it will show up in the notes of both the company and the client.

This happens with a spouse, too. I want the email going to the contact to also show up as an email to the spouse. Now I have to copy it to the contact after it's sent.

Hi, I called in about this same topic today. To add some background as to why we're looking for this: we put our COIs into Redtail. Often we're emailing with a COI about a client, but the client isn't on CC or BCC because it's a background discussion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to tag the email that's stored with the COI to the subject client so that when you're looking through the client's history you will see the emails you sent on their behalf.
This is the second suggestion I've seen for this feature (the other one is from Feb 2020).
