Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

I see this has been pending for quite some time. This is a critical feature we had with our previous CRM and is the biggest concern we currently have from Redtail. Hoping this can be pushed ahead into development. I'm happy to share our our old CRM tool functioned if it'd help at all. Thank you!

Hi, I called in about this same topic today. To add some background as to why we're looking for this: we put our COIs into Redtail. Often we're emailing with a COI about a client, but the client isn't on CC or BCC because it's a background discussion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to tag the email that's stored with the COI to the subject client so that when you're looking through the client's history you will see the emails you sent on their behalf.
