    I have great news for you! This feature already exists in Redtail!

    Click your name in the upper right corner of the page
    Click preferences on the dropdown Menu
    On the Preferences page navigate to the Calendar Management section.
    In the Calendar Management secetion under Default to Show Completed Activities select Yes.

    Now completed calendar activities will remain on your calendar.

    Redtail will allow users to change the color of completed activities as well.
    On the Calenda click Actions
    On the dropdown menu click Change Colors.
    Choose the color for your Activities.
