task completed/appointment calendar
It would be great to be able to see task and calendar appts. still visible on calendar after being completed. Also, possibly adding feature to indicate if they were completed (maybe with different color).

I have great news for you! This feature already exists in Redtail!
Click your name in the upper right corner of the page
Click preferences on the dropdown Menu
On the Preferences page navigate to the Calendar Management section.
In the Calendar Management secetion under Default to Show Completed Activities select Yes.Now completed calendar activities will remain on your calendar.
Redtail will allow users to change the color of completed activities as well.
On the Calenda click Actions
On the dropdown menu click Change Colors.
Choose the color for your Activities.Have fun!

Hi Yesenia,
I'm sure you have probably figured this out by now but this is available.
On the calendar under Actions, you can choose "Show Completed." You can also set your colors under Actions!
