Yes! This would be huge. I worked with Salesforce before, and the ability to deeply customize dashboards for different team members was ESSENTIAL to our success. Sales reps had a customized overview of their clientele, Leadership had customized views of the organization and sales pipeline, administrative staff had detailed looks at outstanding tasks and bottlenecks for our org... this is a key CRM feature that's missing in Redtail. I will have to figure out a workaround for this in order to help our company stay on top of things and give our clients a good experience.
