    This needs to be done! The accounts feature in Redtail is practically useless as it only shows the account number and value. Please enhance this feature to include account name/ type. It could automatically be synced with Orion! Please help.

    Secondly, The admin should be able to view all broadcast invites. Instead of this being only visible per user. The admin needs to be able to monitor who has accepted invites and who has not. Regardless of which advisor sent the broadcast invite.

    This is essential! There are way too many texts that are missed because the advisor needs to manually join the room. The current settings are an efficiency disaster.
