    I couldn't agree more. Having only two user roles: admin or non-admin is too broad. The database owner should be able to assign various admin permissions to different users. For example, one user may be able to assign contact permissions but not add new users to the system

  7. Imaging times out too quickly - need the ability to stay logged on for longer even if I'm not working on it immediately

    If you establish multiple libraries, for example one for each advisor, I agree with Michael. It would be beneficial to establish controls as to who can access each library.
