    It would be great if there were more than 3 roles. Better yet to be able to rename the current roles and add new ones. Generally speak successful teams have more than 3 team members on an account. As a best practice it would be beneficial to not have to assign workflows to individuals to perform a work around on the limited number of roles available, but to the actual roles.
