It would be convenient to have the option to match colors so that everyone in the office has the same and when one person changes the color it changes for the rest. Yet still keep the option to do so on an individual basis so that yours only changes.

It would be very helpful to create custom reminders to trigger when a client turns 70 1/2 for RMD's or 65 for Medicare Etc. You could probably create the reminders using the same steps taken when making quick lists. An example would be to reminder me on the calendar when this criteria matches on any of my clients the following:
- Type: Contact > Field: Age > Operand: Equal to > Value: 65.

Under a client's account in status please make this drop down have more options or add options under the status. For Instance adding changed broker instead of just open, closed and under review

Currently the current date is a color on the monthly and weekly calendar that is extremely close to the other white colors for the rest of the days. Please give the ability to let RedTail users change the default current day color.
