  2. Pre-Populate Index Fields

    It would be a real time saver if we could choose to have specific fields pre-populate when we add our Personal Indexes to a client folder. Since we already create the fields for those Indexes, why can't we also have the system pull the information for a few chosen fields from CRM?

    Even better would be to have it do so on the Folder level and have it copy down to all the docs in that folder.

  3. Provide an option to grant client access to a folder or subfolder..

    The feature is mentioned here: http://corporate.redtailtechnology.com/library-views-library-actions-and-statistics-in-imaging/. The feature appears to have never gotten off the ground. If, like with Dropbox, we could provide an email link to the folder, that would help us share documents with CPA's, attorneys, and clients that we work with.

  4. Email attachment from imaging

    Please make it easier to attached in a file from Imaging into an outlook email to be sent. please please please :)

  5. Link Multiple Folders to One Contact

    As it stands, you can only select one folder to link with each specific client. Please add the ability to select multiple folders.

  6. add a button allowing for instant access between Imaging and CRM from any page.

    Currently, getting to and from Imaging and CRM requires too many clicks. It would be nice to instantly access imaging from any page in CRM, and vice versa.

  7. Checking for duplicates in "New Imaging"

    In the old "Retriever for imaging" we used to be able to upload an entire folder tree (and its contents) and "Retriever" would check the existing folder tree on your side for duplicates and ONLY upload NEW ITEMS within a folder. Can you please make that upgrade in "New Imaging". We find it incredibly cumbersome and really impossible to remember which files we need to upload per each client, per each client folder. The computer used to do all the comparative work for us and only upload what was new. That was fantastic! Thanks for your consideration!!!

  8. Ability to print directly to Redtail Imaging

    Having the ability to print to Redtail Imaging, such as an email or a word document, without creating a PDF first then having to drag & drop.In addition when printing a document to RT Imaging, the option to append or prepend to an existing file inside o f Redtail Imaging.

  9. Export

    In RTI being able to export an excel sheet of folders linked/not linked to a contact. Something to run a report for unlinked to CRM folders would be perfect and for linked folder the names(s) of the CRM contact it is linked to.

    We have well over 1,000 client folders in RTI, dating back to 2015. Cleaning up broken/incorrectly linked folders is a daunting task; especially done manually.

  10. zoom feature

    The ability to zoom in on a document (similar to Adobe Reader) from within the Imaging viewer window. For example, when you click on a PDF in Imaging, it pops up page one of the document as a preview, but without downloading the document from Imaging zoom in on the page. Sometimes the text is too small to read or not clear.

  11. Aditional features

    love the new Redtail imaging and all the features. Light years better than the last version. I would just like to suggest small features that I think will make a huge difference. Right now, the icons to scroll through pages in a doc, are located at the bottom of the screen, so you have to scroll down for every page. Can we have those arrows moved to the middle of the page so you can access the buttons no matter what you are on the page. Also, is it possible to have zoom-in or out buttons? Sometimes the documents or…
