    this should not be considered an enhancement or improvement, but rather simply a fix. I know database rules are difficult in this regard, but you can at least change the U/I so that as a user i get notified that someone else is in the same task! PLEASE!

    This is something that I will need in my practice sooner or later. It makes incredible sense for it to be integrated with my existing CRM rather than a stand-alone data point. Please! And Thanks!
