    We would also like to download and backup our notes outside of RT. If RT was to be down for a while, we would not have access to required information and would not be able to efficiently or effectively run our business.

  2. Add a notes section to the "family" section so that it's not just for a user but for a family

  3. Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.
