Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.
With the change to the notes, we have had top copy and print them to be able to follow a thread of conversation. It is very time-consuming and counter productive.

The most valuable source we seek is time and convenience. It is time consuming and inconvenient to "open" up multiple notes over multiple months or years to ensure you catch up on a client's history before a meeting or during a conversation. I can see that extensive notes may be problematic for some CRM users. I agree, that if this could be converted to an optional "preference" that would be much better use for all clients of RedTail. Thank you.

This feature is very counter productive. It's a waste of time to have to click on each note to view the entire note. Please either remove this feature and allow all notes to be viewed in it's entirety or make this feature an option for those who want it.

If a person is clicking "notes" then they want to see the notes without additional clicks in and out of each. This 1) is time consuming and 2) a perfect way to miss important information. This is not conducive to efficiency.

This was just a horrible decision. Updates should add efficiency not take it away. As stated in one of the items below that seems to cover the same issue, give the clients the ability to choose how they view this. Poor development.
