We used to use the Detail Report for each client for our Meetings for a variety of tasks. It was convenient as it had everything in one place! It was also convenient to print these reports for several Clients from the Search page via "Bulk Actions". Now, it takes 10 times longer as we have to go into each contact page to print a Personal Profile Form. Customizing a report through Excel is simply inefficient and a waste. Please add the "Personal Profile Form" to the Bulk Actions!!

We use the Timeline often for a quick glance at the notes or actions made. Currently, the only way we can see if a comment has been made on a note is the # next to "Comments" has changed. However, we are unable to read the comments unless we open the Notes Page. Is there any way to make the Comments visible in the Client's Timeline or - at least - give the option of making the comments on a note visible?

All Comments are important on Notes but they are not visible in the TimeLine - only when you go to the "Notes" page. Many Comments also contain corrections to notes entered as well. THIS IS IMPORTANT as informatoin is often MISSED because the FULL Note is Not immediately Visible!

Agree with this Suggestion. Right now, there is no way to create a list of all "Meeting Dates" other than use a "filter" in Reports. Client Meetings, the outline of what was discussed, and tasks to be completed before the next meeting are important. Ideally, make them a separate, editable Window dedicated to just Client Meetings that includes the Calendar and "Meeting Notes at a glance" (allowing for a short narrative of what was discussed, tasks to be completed, and notes once those tasks have been completed) Currently, the TImeline is just a run-on hodgepodge of everything and because you are limited on seeing # of notes per page, if a Meeting was 1yr ago, trying to track down Notes associated with those meetings is tedius and could cause information to be missed.

It would be helpful if- at least on the Overview Page but anywhere, actually- if we had the option of programming the F1-F12 hot-button keys for common RedTail Functions such as "Add Note" or "Add Activity" or even have the option to jump to some QuickLists we pre-program.
