Our firm is similar to the initial user who originally added this request. We have 50+ users and it would help us tremendously to automate servicing advisor triggered by "Added By".
The most frustrating part of this is that this likely should have been the very first automation created for Redtail CRM automations... it's not a stretch to assume the person entering the contact should be the default user to have servicing advisor/viewing permissions on the contact.
