    It will be an important and most useful feature to segment workflow for different categories of clients...as far as I can see it. Please consider to implement. thanks!

    Age based reminders - under the Workflow system: Automation template...if you can add more "conditions" to include age, it will create meaning workflows when contact reaches his/her milestone age (50,62, 65, and 70) instead of just the manual report generation.
