    under the client account you have 3 options 1-pending 2- under review and 3 closed. is it possible to have a 4th like internal transfer. or other. my reasoning for this suggestions is when you run reports it will not appear to have so many closed accounts when in reality those accounts were combined or and internal transfer to another type of product.!!!!!!

  4. I want one employee, Newbie, to just see a contact's name and phone number, and Admin to see everything. I specify which fields Newbie sees
