Referral as a Trigger Event
Please consider adding "Name entered in Referral field" as a Trigger event for Automation Templates.

How did this end up in Redtail Email?!? Sorry, this should be posted in the general Redtail CRM suggestion area.

It would be nice that the system recognizes we've added in a referral for a new client and notifies us that we need to send a thank you to one of our current clients (who gave us the referral) . Having a "send thank you" reminder on the dashboard would be nice.
