An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentednotify users of new notes that have been entered via the 'alert' (alarm bell) up at the top of the page vs sending emails to staff members as their notification. Staff could basically pull up their alerts, scroll to the new note, and click on the note for full details. this would avoid the situation of getting an email, having to log in via the email link to the CRM (already logged in), and then going to the client. It would eliminate a number of steps for users and save on the number of emails we would get from Redtail.

I would also suggest that the roles be at the top of the page by the record name so its easily viewable when a record is opened. this would allow us to know who the 'CSA' or "Assoc Advisor' is without having to oepn up the contact record further or scroll down (which you can't do if you have a window open).
