As a long-time Outlook user, I want much better integration between Redtail for the email, calendar and contacts, especially. Trying to use Retriever now gets the calendar and contacts to synch fairly well, but email journaling is hopeless. When we were on Salesforce, we used LinkPoint as an Outlook add-on that linked to SF. Worked beautifully, and allowed us to select the emails that we wanted to push to SF to be part of Email history.
