Please GET THIS DONE! I just converted to the REDTAIL CRM from another system, and this was one of the very first things I became frustrated with. I work with clients who ask me to reach out to their adult children, which are sometimes POA, yet I don't have easy access to their separate information? Why isn't there "non-dependent children"? or POA, or other relationship connections easily available? Why is it buried under "Memberships" THREE clicks away, and nothing to alert me that there is someone else, that is not a dependent, that is not listed under the head of household, that I should be reaching out to??? REDTAIL already has "add Spouse", "add child", "other", etc. But they all connect the Household data, phone, address, email. Why not "Add POA", "Add Tax Advisor", etc. with the ability to add information, phone, address, etc. just for that contact, and not commingling with the Head of Household's phone, address, email, etc.?
