    Membership is not the place for this. The 'Family Tree' within the contact file is the only logical spot. I didn't even know about this functionality in "Memberships" becuae it makes zero sense for it to be there when there is already a Family Tree.

    Let's go RedTail. Improve your look & feel, functionality, and logic.

    For example, Workflows are totally unworkable and forces practices to track processes in other applications, opening the door to your competition.

    It's amazing to me that this is still not upgraded. It may be one of the primary criticisms I have of this CRM that constantly makes me consider other products.

  10. Integrate Redtail with DocuSign so we can upload information directly from the CRM into the DocuSign fields.
