    Eliminate Retriever Cloud and create an integration that connects directly with the Outlook Default Calendar. The current system does not work well.

  4. Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.

    More simply, the Redtail/Outlook calendar should be eliminated entirely and Redtail should interact directly with the Outlook Default calendar as most other programs do. This would solve myriad issues and save lots of cut & paste time.
