Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.
I would like my calendar to sync without any manual adjustments. Currently the Outlook desktop application adds meeting requests that are emailed to me to the DEFAULT OUTLOOK calendar. It would be nice to be able to change this default calendar or for the Retriever Cloud sync to sync with Outlook's default calendar instead of the "sync" calendar that Retriever Cloud creates s a separate Outlook calendar.

More simply, the Redtail/Outlook calendar should be eliminated entirely and Redtail should interact directly with the Outlook Default calendar as most other programs do. This would solve myriad issues and save lots of cut & paste time.

I worked with Redtail and 2 different IT companies and there is no proper workaround for this. Redtail University suggested manually duplicating the events onto the Retriever Cloud calendar, which is NOT a SYNC. Retriever Cloud does not work as advertised because it is not an automatic sync. PLEASE change this!
