  5. Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.

    I worked with Redtail and 2 different IT companies and there is no proper workaround for this. Redtail University suggested manually duplicating the events onto the Retriever Cloud calendar, which is NOT a SYNC. Retriever Cloud does not work as advertised because it is not an automatic sync. PLEASE change this!

    This is critical because the Retriever Cloud integration advertises as a full sync between Outlook and Redtail. It is NOT! If someone adds something to my Outlook calendar I can only copy the details into my Outlook-Redtail synced category. *Copy* not sync. It is manual and does not work as advertised.

    Hi Yesenia,
    I'm sure you have probably figured this out by now but this is available.
    On the calendar under Actions, you can choose "Show Completed." You can also set your colors under Actions!
