This seems absolutely crucial as you are expanding your integrations. Precisefp allows users to create custom fields which you can then map to custom redtail fields. However, if you cannot export them in a redtail mail merge, it seems pointless if advisors are limited to only redtail's chosen fields. Please add a mapping tool where users can map custom fields. For instance if it is a contact udf, it could be contact_udf - xxxxxx. Or for account udf, account_udf - xxxxxxx. Then on mail merge the field would be <<contact_udf - xxxxxx>>

Our team seconds this idea, as it would allow us to bulk add 20+ UDF instead of having to individually add them in which takes about 10-15 minutes since you have to scroll every time you would like to add multiple bulk items.

Drag feature seems to glitch consistently between 1-3 drags and you'll have to reload the page to continue. But also being able to drag events to the next week from "Weekly" view would be incredibly helpful (Or have an option to select multiple events so you can batch move items). I know this can be done on the monthly view but if you have many events or all day events included, you will not be able to consistently drag it to the following week since you cannot scroll and drag easily.
The other option would be to keep the days in "Monthly" view a specific size and include a scroll wheel so you can easily scroll the day to find the event and then drag to a different week instead of having to scroll the entire web page which does not work consistently.
