Personally, I would also love to see the same type of option to run a revenue projection on all the Accounts set up within Redtail. Strangely, there is a field to enter expected revenue when creating an Opportunity, but there is no such field (that I have found) to enter revenue projections within the Account area under a contact, but only the information pertaining to premiums, investment balances, etc. It would be great if Redtail would automatically convert a won Opportunity to an Account under the appropriate Contact, and then allow us to use that info for revenue projections for our entire book, either for the entire firm or by rep. For us, this would be very helpful and, I think, a welcome feature to many advisor practices.
Completely agree. We need much more flexibility in the automated process triggers. It would be nice to be able to have a separate trigger for Contact Status change, Contact Category change, and it would be nice to have a trigger for Send to eMoney the way that there is one for MoneyGuidePro.
